What is the maximum I can put in health and daycare flexible spending accounts for 2008?

Note: this is not a “Health spending account”. I think this is different.
My wifes company allows 3k for health and 5k for daycare. My company allows 4k for health and 5k for daycare. I think that there is a irs maximum that maybe 5k and 5k.
