Ive steamed my nose, taken de-congestants
my doctor keeps prescribing steroid sprays but I swear they dont work.

Yet, go to your local pharmacy and purchase a Neil Med kit. It is for cleaning out the sinuses. (Or a neti pot.) You add tepid water with the saling solution and flush your sinuses. My husband uses this every few days and now he feels fine.

It is called a neti pot. It works wonders, basically you put warm water and the solution in a small teapot that is included in the box and pour it in one nostril and it runs through your entire sinus cavity and comes back out the other nostril. Hope you find one.
